Our journey

A little history about us.

Named after the local stream, originally Burlakesbrok in Old English, our Cwmbwrla-based business is nestled in the heart of a close-knit, welcoming community.

The building was built in the 1950's and we've been operating as an office space since 1984. We aquired the building in 2024, and have steadily been modernising the space while maintaining the comforting atmosphere. Many of our tennants have stayed with us for decades, and we pride ourselves on our community support that is central to our establishment.
